How a session runs. 0:00 the basics — how the models work, where they fail, the habits that matter. 0:10 your project — something real from your work. 0:25 we define it properly, because most ideas move fast once they are written down clearly. 0:45 we stop talking and start making. You leave with a working output, the prompts that produced it, and next steps you can run on Monday.
One thing to know: we start building together and you carry on under your own steam afterwards, so you'll need your own Claude Code account. I work exclusively with Claude Code — it is what I use every day and what I can teach well. You are welcome to use another model or tool afterwards, but I can't promise the same results, and the session is built around Claude Code. If you'd rather not commit to an account yet, tell me and I'll aim the session at a clear go or no-go instead.
Every engagement starts with a free scoping call — no obligation, no slides, no pitch. You describe what you want to achieve, I tell you what I see, what I'd do, and whether I'm the right person. Paid scoping only when the engagement itself is professional services delivery.
