Terms of business
What is being sold
Paid advisory and teaching sessions delivered by Shawn Jensen: 90-minute sessions, 3-hour sessions, a four-day corporate module, and hourly startup mentoring. Sessions are delivered online, or in person in Zug or Zurich, in English. Exact scope for each format is described on the sessions page.
Prices and currency
All prices are quoted and charged in Swiss francs (CHF). Jensen Telecom Consulting is not registered for Swiss VAT, so no MWST is added — the price shown is the final amount payable.
The 90-minute and 3-hour sessions are priced at three rates — enterprise, SME and private individual — as shown on the sessions page. The rate that applies is agreed at booking and stated on the invoice.
For this purpose an SME is a business with fewer than 250 employees. A private individual is someone booking in a personal capacity, not through or on behalf of a business.
The corporate module has one rate for every organisation; no SME or private-individual pricing applies to it.
Startup mentoring is priced separately at a flat startup rate charged by the hour. No SME or private-individual pricing applies on top of it.
Year-end offer. For sessions booked until 31 December 2026, private individuals pay CHF 200 for 90 minutes and CHF 400 for 3 hours, and startup mentoring is CHF 150 an hour. SME and enterprise session rates are unchanged.
Booking and delivery
A session is booked by agreeing a date and time by email or WhatsApp. Unless agreed otherwise, 90-minute sessions, 3-hour sessions and mentoring hours are scheduled within 10 working days of booking. Corporate module dates are agreed at booking and normally take place within four weeks.
Payment
Payment is accepted by TWINT or Swiss bank transfer. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment for single sessions is due on or before the session date, and the corporate module is invoiced with payment due within 30 days of invoice.
What is included
After every session: up to five follow-up calls of 15 minutes each, and up to ten messages. Further work is arranged as a new session or quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
Sessions teach you to continue building on your own, which requires your own Claude Code account. I work exclusively with Claude Code: it is the tool I use daily and the one the sessions are built around. You are free to use other models or tools afterwards, but no equivalent result is promised or implied where a different tool is used. If you would prefer not to commit to an account, tell me before the session and it will be aimed at a clear go or no-go decision instead. No coding or technical background is required.
Confidentiality
Anything you share about your business during a session is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties or used as a public example without your written permission.
Intellectual property
Work produced during your session — documents, prompts, code, processes — belongs to you. Teaching materials, methods and templates brought to the session remain the property of Jensen Telecom Consulting and are licensed to you for your own internal use.
Limitation of liability
Sessions provide advice, training and prototypes. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice, and outcomes depend on decisions you take afterwards. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the session in question. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
Cancellation and refunds
Single sessions and mentoring hours
- More than 24 hours before the session — cancel or reschedule for a full refund, at no cost.
- Less than 24 hours before the session — the full fee is payable.
- No-show — the full fee is payable.
Corporate module
Because the four-day module reserves a block of dates, cancellation more than 14 days before the first day is refunded in full. Inside 14 days, the Day 1 fee is payable and the remaining days are refunded. Dates may be moved once at no cost if requested more than 14 days ahead.
If I cancel
If I have to cancel or postpone for any reason, you choose: a new date, or a full refund. That applies regardless of notice.
How to cancel and how refunds are paid
Cancel by email to shawn@jtconsulting.ch or by WhatsApp to +41 79 267 54 63. The time your message is sent is the time used to apply the policy above. Refunds are returned by the same method used to pay, normally within five working days and in all cases within 14 days.

What this site collects
This website has no contact form, no account system, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. It sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser.
What happens when you get in touch
If you email or message me, I process the details you send — typically your name, contact details and what you tell me about your problem — in order to answer you and, if we go ahead, to deliver and invoice the session. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Third parties
- Cloudflare Pages hosts this site and processes connection data, including your IP address, to serve pages and protect against abuse.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces used here. Your browser requests the font files from Google servers, which discloses your IP address to Google.
- TWINT processes payments if you choose to pay that way. I receive confirmation of payment, not your card or bank credentials.
How long data is kept
Correspondence is kept while a conversation is active and for as long as needed afterwards. Records connected to invoices are retained for ten years, as Swiss bookkeeping law requires.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and the GDPR where it applies to you, you may request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, and request a copy in a portable format. Email shawn@jtconsulting.ch and I will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
